How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
What is your return policy for hair care products?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are looking to expand our shipping options to international destinations in the near future.
Are the products sold on your site authentic?
Yes, we are an authorized retailer for all brands we carry, including GHD, Kérastase, and L'Oréal Professionnel, ensuring you receive 100% genuine professional products.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Klarna.
Can I use my in-salon gift card online?
Currently, Regis Salons gift cards purchased in-salon can only be redeemed for services and products at physical salon locations and cannot be used for online purchases.
